I have Celiac disease, and usually Chipotle is quite accommodating when I request my food to be gluten-free. However, today in Clearwater, after a long day of traveling, my experience was far from satisfactory. The young woman who attended to me seemed clueless about handling my dietary needs, neglecting to wash her hands and displaying obvious signs of anger by aggressively banging spoons and giving me dirty looks. Moreover, I couldn't help but notice the overall uncleanliness of the store, with water pooling in the middle of the kitchen floor. To make matters worse, I have been feeling unwell after consuming my meal. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed, considering Chipotle has always been my reliable go-to place.

I received my order, which totaled over $58 for two burritos and a burrito bowl. The burrito bowl was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the burritos were awful. The steak was tough, and one of the burritos consisted mostly of lettuce with no other ingredients. It was a huge disappointment - the taste was bland, and the overall quality was terrible. I decided to file a complaint with Chipotle, but they had the audacity to blame the driver, as if he had prepared the food. They informed me that since I had ordered through DoorDash, it was not their responsibility to provide a refund. They advised me to contact DoorDash instead. However, when I reached out to DoorDash to express my dissatisfaction, they did not take any action regarding the food quality complaint. It's a frustrating cycle of nonsense. This restaurant used to be excellent, and I enjoyed ordering from them. However, this experience has made me realize that it's no longer worth the hassle and definitely not worth the money to continue getting food from them. So, I urge you to be cautious because they don't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Chipotle has reached a point where they seem to lack concern. I have encountered multiple instances at various locations where they have run out of certain items. Moreover, when I asked for a substitute, the response I received was quite rude, simply a blunt "NO". A recent incident occurred at the Terrell, Texas location last weekend. I had ordered a Vegetarian Bowl, but to my surprise, they had completely run out of veggies. I was only informed of this after they had already filled the bowl with rice. So, I asked if they could substitute it with Guacamole, which comes at an extra charge. Unfortunately, the response I received was a straightforward "NO".

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Justin, the manager of Chipotle in North Scottsdale, just north of Greenway Road. I have to say, he is one of the kindest and most caring individuals I have ever encountered. Justin consistently goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and genuinely has a passion for life. His professionalism is evident in everything he does. From his warm greetings to his meticulous attention to detail, he truly cares about ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Chipotle. While waiting for my order, I had the pleasure of conversing with him, and his positive outlook on life was truly refreshing. I can confidently say that Justin's attitude and dedication to customer service turned my bad day around. People like him are a true blessing, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for his exceptional efforts. In conclusion, if more businesses had managers like Justin, our country would be in a much better place. If, by chance, Justin comes across this message, I would like to congratulate him on his recent marriage and the birth of his child. The world is yours for the taking, my friend. Why do people hate on Chipotle so much? It's honestly the top choice when it comes to fast casual dining. It's a definite go-to. If you order a burrito and have them mix all the ingredients, is there any other fast casual Mexican place that can beat it?

Hello. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but after this incident, my perception of their customer service at 2741 Sw Military Dr San Antonio Texas *******-1031 will be different. I made a mistake by providing the wrong address for my pickup order, which resulted in a 30-minute drive to the wrong location. Although it was my fault, I expected Chipotle, known for their treatment of customers, to kindly remake my order. However, this was not the case. The manager informed me that remaking the order would result in a loss of funds for them and provided me with a number to call for a refund. Essentially, Chipotle prioritized their money as a multi-million dollar company over their customers. This particular location, 2741 Sw Military Dr San Antonio Texas *******-1031, did not demonstrate good customer service. It was a disappointing experience. While it may seem insignificant to you, I was hungry and unsatisfied. I fail to understand why remaking the order was such a problem.

There are major issues with the staff at this company, particularly with management and how they treat new workers. I have only been employed here for about a week and will only be staying for two more weeks, as I have already submitted my leave request. Despite the company's policy of not coming to work when sick, I felt pressured to work and was harassed about the situation. It is clear that they do not care about the health of their employees or the policies they have in place. I refuse to waste my skills and talents in this environment. This location in Oakleaf, Jacksonville, Florida will never have good workers because of how they mistreat people. Additionally, I have a case open against them for wrongful termination and I am in contact with lawyers. I was sick at the time of termination and had been cleared by their third-party SSR, yet they refuse to pay me for sick leave totaling 25 hours. They also refuse to pay me for my last day of work on 05/22. This is clearly retaliation for standing up for myself. I will never, ever recommend anyone to eat or work for this company again. It has been the worst experience I have had, even compared to working for bigger names like Outback Steakhouse. The CEO may have a great idea, but he has hired the wrong people to run this establishment. From 05/18 to 05/29, I was covered to be away from work on the dates 24, 26, 27, and 28.

Avoid ordering from Chipotle in Apple Valley, Minnesota. I strongly advise against using GrubHub as well. Unfortunately, GrubHub does not provide any guarantee that your order will be delivered, and they also refuse to refund the fees when your food doesn't arrive. Recently, I placed an $80 order which only included a single side item. GrubHub refunded the $50 worth of food, but they did not return any of the $30 in fees they had collected. This Chipotle location consistently provides poor service, whether you order through GrubHub or choose to pick up your food. It's truly a terrible experience.
